If you're new to grilling, here are a few things to remember for preparing healthy foods:
- Keep your grill clean. You don't want to ruin the flavor of your foods or worry about foodborne illness.
- Grill fish, tofu or chicken instead of hamburgers or hot dogs. Fish cooks quickly on the grill and is so delicious.
- Don't forget the veggies. Sweet corn, zucchini, mushroom, eggplant and asparagus are perfect for grilling.
