Is supper time starting to get a little boring? I think a lot of us have our simple go-to meals, like maybe a baked chicken or simple pasta dish. But let's face it, it's easy to get into a rut by serving the same meals over and over. Maybe it's time to stretch your culinary wings.

Quick and healthy cooking doesn't mean boring. Fish cooks quickly and is so good for you because it contains plenty of protein and healthy omega-3 fats. Or go vegetarian one evening a week for extra vitamins and fiber. You can also brush up on your cooking skills by adding extra flavor and textures. There are plenty of easy and fun recipes to try.
