Photo © Gary ScottIt isn't always easy to follow a healthy diet, especially if your family is constantly on the go. While eating a meal at a fast food joint or grabbing a candy bar once in awhile is okay, your family's health may suffer if those treats have turned into habits.
Is your family not eating right? I've got a few tips for you to get back on track:
- Drink more water and fewer sugary soft drinks, and serve watery foods like soups and fresh fruit.
- Add more fiber to your diet - more whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
- Eat more fish and seafood - two or three times each week.
